Terms and Conditions 

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. These terms and conditions will apply to all users, customers and those visiting our website. By accessing our website and using this service means that you agree to each of our terms. If however you do not agree to our terms you may not be able to access our site any further. 

We reserve the right to change and/or make amendments to our terms at any given time by updating/introducing new changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our terms and conditions for any changes.   

Returns and Refunds 

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for ANY of our items due to the nature of our products such as personalisation and hygiene reasons please be aware of this upon placing your order. We take great pride and care in packaging each order to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. We will however replace and/or refund an order if your item has arrived damaged and this will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately if this issue occurs at busybeewedding@outlook.com  and we will be happy to assist you further. Photographic evidence will be required as proof. 

Refunds will be issued within 7-14 working days. 

Postage and Packaging  

Please read our postage section before placing an order - depending on peak times throughout the year please allow a 1-2 weeks timeframe to receive your order. Although most of our orders will have a turn around time of 3-5 days and will usually be posted out within this time frame, please be mindful there may be issues and/or delays with our courier. All our orders will be shipped via Royal Mail and you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been sent out. 

Shipment currently within Northern Ireland and UK only. 

Personal Information / Customers Details 

The personal information that we collect from our customers depends on how you interact with our website. For example if you sign up to place an order with us we will receive the following information 

- Full name 

- Contact details

- Shipping address

- Payment details 

- Contact number 

- Email address 

All details from our customers are kept completely private. We will never pass on any information of our customers. In addition to this we will not keep any personal information from any of our customers and we do not store customers credit card details and/or other payment method details. 

When placing an order your options for payment will be via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. 

Cookies 

We may collect data on the browser you are using. We may see what site you have came from beforehand, and what site you may visit after. Like many online stores they use cookies to gather statistics to calculate how many visitors are browsing their sites. Agreeing with our terms will mean that you are happy for us to place cookies on your mobile device, tablet, computer etc. Alternatively if you do not agree with cookies, then you are able to change that in your settings on your device. If you are using your mobile to browse we may be able to pick up your precise location, depending on whether or not you have your location settings turned on or off.
